Keynote Speaker: Karen Brunet Founder of CNTRL+Karen is a femtech founder and outdoor enthusiast on a mission to remove the shame from women's health issues. She will lead a powerful discussion on reclaiming comfort, confidence, and pelvic health.

Guest Panelists

• Franny Seale: Holistic Nutritionist & Co-Founder of Live the New Normal. Franny helps people build strength and habits that fit into real life, focusing on simple nutrition and breaking the "all-or-nothing" mindset.
• Sara MacDonald: Founder of Sunshine Studio Moose Creek. An energetic dance and wellness instructor, Sara brings creativity and good vibes to every class, believing movement should be empowering, joyful, and inclusive.
