2023 Annual General Meeting

Join us at the, on Tuesday, April 25th, at 10:00 am, we are hosting our Annual General Meeting to vote on our 2023 board members, provide a financial update, and share our annual report and a review of 2022.

The Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce is governed by the board of trade act and has a board of directors. Each year there are 11 spaces available for nominations.  This year 8 current directors are standing for reelection:

• CRIS URROZ- DIRECTOR
• KRISTIN DAVEY- DIRECTOR
• NICK SEGUIN- DIRECTOR
• SCOTT FINES- DIRECTOR
• LOUISE GENDRON- DIRECTOR

If you are not able to attend the AGM you can designate an individual who will vote on your behalf.  You will have to notify the board in writing by April 23 2023 at 09:00am.
