Introducing the She Inspires Award

The Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the She Inspires Award, a prestigious recognition honoring an outstanding woman in our community who embodies leadership, resilience, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.  This award will be presented at the International Women's Day High Tea Luncheon on March 7th, and recognized at the Annual Business Excellence Awards.

The She Inspires Award celebrates women who inspire others through their professional achievements, community involvement, and dedication to empowering others.  Nominees are individuals who:

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities.
• Display remarkable resilience in the face of challenges.
• Make significant contributions to their community and/or profession.
• Embody the spirit of International Women's Day.

The award recipient will be announced at the International Women's Day High Tea Luncheon on March 7th at Cornwall Civic Complex. This event will bring together community members to celebrate International Women's Day and honor the achievements of women.

Nominations for the She Inspires Award are now open.  Members of the community are encouraged to nominate a deserving woman who exemplifies the qualities outlined above.  The deadline for nominations is February 17th, 2025.
