The Bylaws that govern the Chamber of Commerce
The Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, has recently passed a motion that By-Law No. 1 of 2011, as posted on the Chamber website and on the bulletin board at the Chamber, be submitted to the general membership of the Corporation for consideration and ratification at the next general meeting of the members of the corporation and that the existing general By-Law originally passed in 1890 and as amended from time to time and last amended on March 18, 2008, be submitted to the general membership of the Corporation at the same time for consideration and repeal.
